Our organisation orchestrates an assortment of events each year across four categories (cultural, educational, social and sporting), to cater to the needs of a multitude of students spanning numerous tertiary institutions including Curtin University, Edith Cowan University (ECU), Murdoch University and the University of Western Australia (UWA).
Our events have an advantageous impact on the wider community as ALL the proceeds from our events benefit various charities in Australia and Sri Lanka. Successively, this creates a platform for members to transition more easily into Australian society by developing support networks with each other.

Generally, our first social event for the year is our quiz night, which allows all our members to mingle and introduces them to university culture.
Some category rounds over the years have included: Pop Culture, Sports, Riddles, General Knowledge, Memes, Bey & Jay, Music and more!
Each year we honour an extraordinary and inspirational founding team member, Mokshya Balage (Punchi), who passed away in 2016 due to Leukaemia. In remembrance of her, our event is decorated with all the colours of the rainbow.
This event takes place around August to September, allowing attendees to de-stress from their busy academic and working lives. Furthermore, they are provided with the opportunity to show off their breathtaking cultural (or western) outfits.
The inaugural Springbreak Social was held in 2010 as a way for the youth to socialise with each other. As the club has grown, the event now has five times the attendees and is a tradition that has continued on since conception.
It is a themed social mixer held towards the end of the year featuring a mix of local and resident DJs.
